"yam cha"

My sister idea of having yam cha session in some dim sum restoran.

What is so unique of having a "typical" dim sum restoran in Northbridge , Perth.Probably you be wondering why i had to post it up .

First , when i step in . I see white people more than asian in a DIMSUM restoran.shock sikit.
Second, those waiter or waitress trying to speak English in a DIMSUM restoran. I miss those canton speakers , Char Siew Bao yat kor = BBQ pork bun, one.
Thrid, not only chinese tea is serve. Coke , diet coke , ice lemon tea is served. So not used to that.
Fourth , they have the pushing tray with those steamer and plate . theyalso have those watermelon juice being on the tray. The waiter would go like , "watermelon juice ?" and nobody purchase it.

Weird thing could happen anywhere ... Just being cultural shock.
Miss those old day in Dim Sum shop . Nothing is the same like back then.
